How it works

A focused screening loop for small HR teams — rubric first, evidence always, humans decide.

1. 1. Create a job

   Paste or write the job description. ReviewStack scopes screening to that role.

2. 2. Confirm the scoring rubric

   AI drafts 3–6 criteria with weights and 0–4 anchors. You edit and confirm before scoring.

3. 3. Upload a batch

   Add PDF or DOCX resumes (searchable text). Up to 100 files per batch within size and page limits.

4. 4. Score with evidence

   Each successful analysis returns criterion ratings plus quotes from the source text. Totals are computed server-side.

5. 5. Human review

   Mark review status, inspect evidence, and export CSV. No auto-reject.
