When an analysis settles, when it releases, and how monthly grants differ from top-ups.
Quota confusion creates surprise bills. ReviewStack uses a simple ledger so evidence-backed screening stays predictable.
When quota settles
A reserved unit settles on a successful analysis result, or when paid OCR or scoring completes in that run—even if the analysis fails afterward. Exact duplicates and pure parse failures release the reservation. Rubric generation is rate-limited (5 successful gens per job per UTC day) and does not consume analysis quota.
Monthly vs top-up
Monthly entitlement resets on renewal with no rollover. Top-ups follow subscription rules described on pricing.
