An ATS tracks pipeline stages, interviews, and offers. ReviewStack focuses on explainable, rubric-based resume review with evidence for small teams and solo recruiters.
Use them together
Screen a batch in ReviewStack, then move the people you choose into your ATS or spreadsheet workflow. Screening with evidence is not the same as applicant tracking.
