## What ReviewStack does not do

- Auto-reject or auto-hire candidates
- Replace an ATS or full recruiting workflow
- Claim Local Law 144, GDPR certification, data-residency guarantees, or lawyer-approved compliance
- Market “best candidate” or guaranteed hire outcomes
- Silently change models mid-batch without a new Model Policy Version
